Dr. Richardson and his team provided first-class care throughout my process, from exploring the treatment through after-procedure care. I came in from out of state and Dr. Richardson’s practice did everything necessary to ensure I’d have a smooth experience in a tight window to fit my schedule. Great communication leading up to my procedure day made me feel like I was there in Frisco vs flying in from California. Pure professionals there!
The procedure was remarkably pain-free, thanks to Dr Richardson’s skill and continuous effort to keep me informed before and during the treatment, so I knew what to expect and when there may be some moments of discomfort. Thanks to his excellent pain management regimen and his assistants attentiveness, I ended up spending most of my time napping through what would have been the worst of it - ha!
Post-op was a breeze, too, since Dr Richardson gives thorough instructions before you leave the office after the procedure and is super-accessible for follow-up questions/concerns afterward. Even if you don’t have issues, he’ll follow up with you to see how you are healing up and progressing. He really cares about his patients’ success!
I couldn’t be more grateful for Dr Richardson and his team - I feel I have a new energy and enthusiasm with a renewed head of hair! Take that, genetics, and so long, hat collection! If you want a hair transplant, Dr. Richardson is your man!
