I learned of and read about Dr Blalock here on real self and followed up asking questions around town. I have already had my consultation, picked my size, and made my appointment for my surgery. I'm flooded with emotion but mostly excited. Pre-op Monday and Wednesday is the big day. I'll be updating soon after.

I am a very small B cup(was a large c before weight loss) with a very wide chest and shoulders. I'm 5'1 168lbs, size 12. Saline on top of the muscle was recommended so that I don't have extra skin and I want a natural look. He didn't specify how many cc's except to say that I would have more in one than the other due to misproportioned size that already exist, but would probably be somewhere between the 350-420 range.

Day of treatment

Today was the big day

I had my breast augmentation done today. Arrived at Tennova at 7am and was quickly taken back by the sweetest of nurses. Dr Blalock was there to see me shortly before 9 and we were off to surgery. Everything went great except I got sick from the pain meds (I don't do pain meds well) and I was home by 1pm. I have a lot of bruising and swelling but the pain isn't to bad for now. I'm just using ice packs and am going to try to avoid the pain meds. Vomiting hurt pretty bad. I do not advise you to not take your pain meds. Do what the doc tells you. I have a crazy tolerance for pain that may get me threw this without them.

It's going good

I feel good. A lot of the soreness is gone. Still a little uncomfortable and the incision is itchy but it's just healing.
