I had LapBand surgery 6 years ago and successfully lost 120lbs, which left me with an empty bra :)
I have spent the past two years working hard in the gym to tone & sculpt my body, finally coming to the realization that breasts can not be built in the gym.
I was referred to Dr. Wali by a close friend who spoke very highly of his work, I'm so glad I went to him.
At every appointment I was comforted by his knowledge and honesty. I fell in love with the passion he showed and the way he spoke about the surgery, how it is a sculpting and contouring of the body to create that natural appearance...Very artistic approach, just what I was looking for.
The office staff rocks, Crysta scheduled my surgery and was very helpful with all my questions and concerns leading up to the big day.
My surgery was at the surgical center in Glendora, it was a fantastic experience! Brandi, my nurse, was amazing!! Very comforting, calmed my nerves and provided exceptional care! The anesthesiologist explained everything to me step by step, I wish I could remember his name bc he was fabulous! Dr. Wali came to my bedside before surgery, explained the whole process to me one last time and then it was off to the OR suite.
When I woke up in recovery I looked under my gown and smiled, no more empty bras :)
Total time at the surgical center was about 4 hours then I was discharged home and was scheduled to follow up the next day at his office.
I was and still am completely blown away with my results. Not only do my breasts look natural, but they feel natural! The incision site at the bottom of my arreola is hardly noticeable! Before surgery my right nipple sat a lot lower than my left and after they are completely level...no lift was done, just an augmentation.
I am beyond happy with my breast augmentation, not only have the implants accentuated my curves but they have boosted my self confidence and make me feel so much more comfortable in my skin.
Dr. Wali is an artist, an extremely talented one at that!

Congratulations on your weight loss and now the final touch of perky but natural looking breasts. You look great and your breast look like they were custom fit to you! What type and size implants did you get?
