A Second Chance...a Chance of a Lifetime - Cincinnati, OH

I had a previous facelift procedure done by another doctor at another office and through the past two years, there were a few areas from my face lift that were not satisfactory and left me feeling hopeless with very low self-esteem. I was told that "skin had a memory" and that in a few years I could go through the same procedure while also paying another high expense. So I decided to seek help and advice from a different doctor when I came upon Dr. Mendelsohn on the internet. Dr. Mendelsohn and his staff went over and beyond my expectations, treating me as if I was the only patient there, from the time I entered their office and spoke to the receptionist through the time I left this awesome facility. Every question I had was answered clearly and he and his staff explained procedures and options to me that made me feel valued. Dr. Mendelsohn is extremely intelligent, caring, and he listened attentively to my concerns while addressing each one perfectly. Mark, his assistant, was also very genuine and caring, explaining to me the procedures and options very well and made me feel not just like another patient, but someone he genuinely was concerned about. Jamie went over the cosmetic options with a smile and attitude that left you feeling like she was your best friend. If you ever were having a bad day, one minute with her would turn it around. While I am not ready for another procedure at this time, I was introduced to Voluma, a filler which was inserted in the area above my upper lip. Dr. Mendelsohn was extremely careful and professional as he administered the product and I was immediately thrilled with the results. Upon leaving, as I was talking to their very friendly accounting staff, I asked them if they knew how soon I would be able to eat. They called for yet another friendly, knowledgeable staff member who came over and gave me great advice. I HIGHLY recommend Jon E. Mendelsohn and the excellent group of people he has supporting him.
