I have had breast implants for over 20 years, had a revision 4 years ago due to mild capsular contracture, desire to increase size, and slight movement of implants given I breast fed all 4 kids with implants and work out alot! I also had a mini tummy tuck 3 months following the first revision in 2011. While overall I was satisfied with the BA revision 4 years ago - I honestly wanted to go a little bigger (which that particular PS did not recommend) and had some lateral movement with one breast that was bothering me. In addition, I was happy to get some of my stretch marks removed with the first tummy tuck, however the scar was way too high and needed to be lowered. So I met with several local PS and found the perfect Dr for me! My initial saline implants were 250cc, 1st revision 400 cc smooth round mod + mentor 2011, and 2nd revision 625 cc Sientra round mod + textured (Jan 2015). While I am still recovering and do not have great pictures to show yet - I am SO HAPPY with my results. I finally got the right size for my body (5'8" 140 lb - athletic build) and feel so good about my new look. My tummy tuck scar if finally lowered and it looks just fabulous, I mean fabulous!..........Looking forward to being fully healed and able to share pics!

I am extremely happy with Dr. Kurtis Martin and his staff at Cincinnati Plastic Surgery and cannot find the words to express my appreciation nor will consider another PS in the future!!!! Although this was not my first procedure, this was my first experience with Dr. Martin and honestly it has been fantastic. He is very positive and realistic with his patients, working with you to get the desired look that is right for you. I have medical conditions that have to be taken into consideration and he has been so attentive and genuinely caring for my health and healing throughout the process. We have had to make some adjustments along the way and i feel like i have a partner in my care with him and his staff. I felt very safe and confident going into the procedures with him and am extremely happy with the results. The staff in his office - Leigh, Ashleigh, and Faye are just amazing! They are responsive, caring, and attentive to any questions or concerns that you have. It is such a positive atmosphere when you go to your appointments - puts a smile on my face. Thank you so much!
