First, this is something I would never have...

First, this is something I would never have considered doing prior to children. I have had both larger and smaller breasts due to weight changes (32 A to 32 full C) but have always been athletic. However, after nursing for 28 months with 32 DD while nursing, my breasts were deflated and unattractive. I think its hard to overcome the bodily changes pregnancy causes...although there are the lucky ones who bounce back well. I also considered a TT but PS thought it would not be worth the pain and scarring for the gains.
I chose Dr. Daniel Kuy for my PS. He recommended subfascial BA for me. ( sub glandular but placed under pec fascia to help with conjecture rates). I am 5'4" 112 lbs. I do have some breast tissue and size varies from 30 A- 32B depending on source for measuring. I also have some sagging from BF with loose skin but no significant ptosis. We had many discussion regarding placement due to fear of increased long term complications.
Initially I felt 325 cc would be adequate and perhaps a little large and 350 cc to my absolute largest. Rice bags were used and measured. My rice bag I took with me the am of surgery measured more to a 300 cc high profile implant. I expressed I would like to err on the small side.
Surgery went off without a hitch. I awoke with 275cc/300 cc mentor memory gel high profile implants placed subfascially as planned. Thank you for your judgement Dr. Kuy...I already feel too big and would have been crushed if the implants were any larger.
Recovery is going well. Healing nicely. Even breasts, areolas, softening, and swelling improving.
Some soreness on the larger implant size near incisions. Handling cooking, picking up after 2 little ones just fine. Sleeping medicine definitely helps.

Dr. Kuy is quiet and listens well. I feel he thinks more than he says but will answer any questions you may have. He called me at home several times to return calls and answer questions. His front office staff are a little slow to respond. His nurse is also prompt, pleasant, and professional. Staff on procedure day were fantastic. No complaints. Each nurse spoke highly of him and reiterated that I was in good hands. I have viewed many pictures and website. I felt his work was aesthetically above others and feel I have great results thus far.
