I wanted to write this review because when I was researching I really couldn't find anyone else in my situation having to have a breast life done on only one side so hopefully this helps anyone who may experience in the future!
Little backstory: In 2012, I had breast augmentation done to fix extreme asymmetry of my breasts. Due to hormone imbalances, my right breast was a C cup and my left was barley an A cup. I decided since I was paying for it anyways I might as well go up a size and had a breast aug. resulting in 36 D size breasts (saline, don't recall exact cc's) which initially did help with overall appearance of my breasts and made them closer to the similar size. I did still however have a larger nipple and fuller shape on the right since it had developed bigger naturally then my left side. After 6 years of weight gain/loss my right breast was sagging much lower then my left and caused me to be just as insecure about the asymmetry as before my breast augmentation in the first place.
Present Day: I decided to look into doing a breast lift on just the right side and found Dr. Zavala at Ciao Bella who showed me how simple it would be to do just the one side and how he would only have to do a mini-lift with a donut hole incision to bring my right breast up to similar placement as my left. I am officially 4 days post-op and can already tell I am going to love my results. I was concerned that only doing one side would make it harder for my doctor to get the right shape without changing my implants at all but Dr.Zavala was able to match them almost perfectly with as minimal of scars as possible which was important to me. I can even see a huge improvement in my resting cleavage now that my breasts are in the same horizontal line.
I'll try to continue to post pictures as I fully recover but so far the pain isn't bad and I'm just curious to see how my nipple and areola heal. Good luck to anyone else and their cosmetic surgeries! Feel free to ask me any questions.
