Sliding genioplasty

ORIGINAL POST

Sliding genioplasty

$4,900
The reason for having this surgery was to improve a hereditary weak chin.
Pros: Added some submental liposuction which was helpful. The office and staff are professional and inviting.
Cons: the genioplasty was a failure. No improvement. I'll have to look for someone to do a revision. The neck now has a loose turkey neck appearance, and there is a lump above my chin, neither of which I expected.

Chin implant possibly, or just fat transfer.
I also had a Genio done where I was left with a turkey neck. I had a procedure done after called "neck tire" to tighten the skin under my neck. Very easy and quick procedure. No down time at all. I don't understand why that happens.
Neck tite**
Sorry I can't see any difference
