Sliding Genioplasty, Looks Great, Feels Awful

Hello, I had a 6mm chin implant taken out due to aching and an 8mm sliding genioplasty was performed. I am now in terrible discomfort, even more so than with the implant. I do not know what has happened me to and no one knows what this is. My chin feels very very tight, my lower teeth are very tight and painful and also my lower gums feel like everything is stuck together and tight. It’s hard to talk and the bone ‘aches’. Surprisingly, it’s fine when I eat. I fear this is an IAN nerve injury, either from the implant surgery and got worse with the genioplasty. Some surgeons say it could be the bone size/position and or scar tissue. I’m scared that there is no cure now and I feel like my life is ruined. Very very upset by this.
