He recommended and performed a sliding genioplasty after removing a chin implant that had slightly shifted and left me disfigured with crooked chin, chin ptosis, skin dimpling, bunching, permanent nerve and muscle damage, and loss of oral competence. He is an arrogant and unethical person, he told me this was a simple, straightforward procedure and after his botched treatment, he just dismissed me, refused to acknowledge his mistakes and even refused to take my calls. I later had to blow up my savings to do revision surgeries, but the damage was such that very little could be done.
He has the reputation of being one of the best doctors in Mexico, I consulted so many maxillofacial doctors and they were all baffled to see what Molina had done and the incompetent, negligent way in which the osteotomy was performed. Beware, he could ruin your life like he ruined mine.
