Worth Every Penny

After ten years of taking antidepressants, I finally weened myself off of the XL dose I had been taking over the years. My mood was great but my appetite came back voraciously and I gained a little bit of weight which ended up right under my chin. No!
I was embarrassed and no amount of dieting would get this little chunk of fat to disappear. For reference I am 32, 5'7, 135 lbs - I am slender but the fat under my face was giving me daily anxiety.
I wanted my old jawline back and wanted to hire the best plastic surgeon I could - I have read some of the horror stories on here about some who went with the bargain-bin chin lipo and who felt unhappy with their result afterward.
Going with Dr. Chaboki was a no-brainer! He ONLY works on the face and has a huge following in the D.C. area for a reason. I didn't mind paying a premium for his services because I felt confident it would be worth it for a perfect result without any complications. It took me a year to save up enough money ($4,450).
He also recommend a L/XL chin implant to balance out my profile but said if I could only choose one to go with lipo to get the best result.
The result is INCREDIBLE! Wow.
The procedure really gave me some confidence back. I realize I was probably the only person to really notice the change but it was so worth it.
I also want to note the reason for the higher-than-usual fee is because Dr. C operates at GW Hospital and puts you under using general anesthesia as opposed to just local anesthesia. This is his preference (hospital / anesthesia fees are expensive!) and I was kind of glad I wasn't awake for the procedure.

Whatever was the cheapest on Amazon - I think they'll all about the same. It made an insane difference. Good luck with your surgery!
UPDATED FROM SortsAndMingle
1 month post
Update: two month mark, results keep improving.
When scheduling surgery I asked the doctor to give me the sharpest jawline possible. He told me not to expect an Angelina Jolie jawline (my own jaw shape and size are much smaller than hers), and to keep in mind that there will always be a little bit of softness under the chin no matter what.
He wanted to keep my expectations reasonable but also said he would try to make the sharpness as pronounced as possible. This is my result at about the two month mark. It looks great!

Hi, I am getting Chin lipo too I dont want an chin implant although it is suggested... your results look amazing! Did you just have the chin lipo?

This was chin lipo only! To be honest I wasn't completely sold on the implant, not that I could have afforded both anyway. The skill of the doctor made all the difference.

That's for sure you look amazing! Do you know what type of Lipo he used (laser, Vaser, or traditional)... Yeah my procedure is about the same money as yours he suggested a small implant but I don't want anything artificial on me wouldn't feel like myself you know!

Thank you! Not sure what kind of lipo .. I might guess laser-assisted. The implants really seem to make the face beautifully balanced, although I don't think anyone would even notice it since it's such a small tweak.

Okay but your results look amazing and that's without the implant. If I could get the same result as you I would be so happy!
