Uneven Results for Chin Lipo , Saggy Skin

I had chin liposuction with J-Plasma for skin tightening. This was my outcome, and I am not satisfied with the results.

The result appears uneven, and I experienced skin sagging despite the procedure. I also have noticeable scarring under my chin and behind the ear. Some of these areas were from a previous surgery about 10 years ago, but they are now more noticeable after this procedure.

I was not informed beforehand that additional procedures, such as a neck lift, might be needed to achieve the result I was expecting. This was only discussed after I raised my concerns.
