I'll keep this brief. I focused on finding a surgeon that had patients that looked similar to me (very full face/double chin). I researched several local doctors with excellent gallery portfolios, but I kept returning to Dr. Afshin Farzadmehr's!! The before and after photos, and videos truly speak for themselves.
