Submental Tuck and Chin Lipo

I feel like the submental tuck made a big difference to tighten the neck muscles right below my chin. Overall I can tell an improvement. I may go back later on for additional lipo along my jawline. Dr. Donath took a personal approach getting in touch with me directly day after procedure which I really appreciated his level of interest and care.

I noticed my profile in the mirror had really started to bother me in the last year or so. No one else really noticed it, but I sure did. Especially if I tilted my head down. I refused to start the downward slope of getting the dreaded turkey neck. I decided to go with Dr. Donath he had excellent reviews, was close to home and I knew I definitely wanted a facial PS to do the work. His staff was great, being patient answering questions, and responding back on a timely basis. I’m 48hrs post surgery and amazed at how well I look in terms of No bruising. I can already tell an improvement! I realize I am a bit swollen and that the outcome will only get better. There are no lumps of any kind or scar tissue to speak of. He’s a meticulous surgeon. I have 2 stitches behind each ear and about an inch incision under my chin. Please know there was no skin removed during this procedure like there is with a traditional neck lift. Lipo was performed along jaw line and under chin in addition to a submental tuck under the chin where the musculature is tightened up. I have continued to wear my head wrap the whole time.
