How it works
  • Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
  • This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
  • Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
  • Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.

3.5 months

This will probably be my last update since I think things are finally all healed. I’m so happy with my result! It’s exactly what I expected and I think it was worth the price. I hope this review is helpful for anyone who’s reading it in the future and trying to make a decision, my advice is to find a doctor you trust and go for it!

I posted some photos from a recent vacation. I have spray tan on my neck but not my face so that makes my jaw look more defined than it really is, so keep that in mind, but you can still see how the overall shape has definitely changed. That “double chin” look has been eliminated which is exactly what I hoped for! :)

2 month update

Things continue to get better! I think the swelling is probably completely gone now and I can feel my skin getting tighter. Despite all the stress in the beginning I’m pretty happy with the results now!

Day 25... I think

It’s been almost a month now and while I’m not upset, I’m not overjoyed either. There is still no real chin area, it just connects to my neck on a slope. I can obviously see a difference, but unless I’m just still super swollen I don’t think the difference is big enough to justify the amount of money I paid. But at the same time, I knew going into it that my facial structure was a major factor and I decided against a chin implant, so I need to be realistic about things!

The one thing I am actually very pleased about is that having the fat removed makes me look about 20 lbs lighter! I had a candid photo taken yesterday where I’m looking down at a very unflattering angle (that would give anyone a double chin) and compared to a similar candid from a few months ago, I look like a different person. So even if nothing else changes from now on, at least my face now matches the rest of my body in terms of weight.
