Ok so this review is longgg over due, at first i was embarrassed to post my before photos but the more i look at it the more I appreciate the work this man has done and the difference he has made in my life and feel like everyone else who has the same issues deserves to see that the results are possible and you dont have to live feeling insecure!! I had the worst double chin my entire life no matter how much weight i lose it just never went away, it was my biggest insecurity all thruout childhood, i was never on the big side but my face made me look so old and like i weigh 300 lbs. i am so greatful for dr afshin for doing such an amazing job and changing my life ! This surgery was the best decision i have ever made! Thank you Dr. for taking amazing care of me. I will always recommend him to everyone he is seriously the best!!

Hey boo! How soon after did you start working out? Did you wear your head garment in the gym? Also, you look bomb asffff. Did you have additional work on your chin?
Thank u hun! I think i waited like a month i cant remember but yea i wore my garment to the gym i legit wore that thing 24/7 loll

My chin liposuction experience
Hey everyone! So as of today its been 2 weeks since my chin liposuction and i feel great. I started my research about 2 months ago on this whole procedure i went on real self and found a bunch of doctors eventually narrowing it down to 3 and went to consultations before i made my decision i ended up going with Dr Afshin because he seemed confident in what he was doing and he had a pretty good profile on before and afters. So we scheduled my surgery right away and the day of surgery i was super nervous almost convinced myself i didn’t need this (which i really really did i had a double chin because of genetics and no matter how much weight i lost it would never go away) but everyone made me feel calm and that this was no big deal. I asked to be put to sleep which u have the option of being awake as well. Anyways i woke up from surgery and had zero pain the whole day which was the only thing i was afraid of before surgery lol! So yea i was up and cooking and completely fine the next day went back to work on day 3 and just been doing great ever since. I went for my 1 week follow up and let me just say my results are already amazing i cant believe that its me in the pictures. When you look at ur self before u know its bad but u never really notice how bad it is until u get it removed I’m beyond happy with my results and its still swollen so i cant even imagine the final result I’m so excited to be fully healed and i am so happy with my choice of procedure and Dr! You are amazing Afshin life changer!!!!

That’s wonderful, did you have to wear anything around your neck after surgery?
Yes i had to wear the head garment for 3 weeks straight and now for the last 3 weeks i have to only wear it at night
Did you also have to wear the Head garment all day like if you went out to work or anything for the 3 weeks
Yes i did i like to keep it on as much as possible lol he told me i only have to wear it at night now but i still wear it through out the day and especially when i go to the gym

I love his honesty and his confidence. I went for my 1 week post op appointment and had many questions for him and he answered all of them and even told
me I don’t have to be spending my money on fancy garments lol. I appreciate his sincerity. I have no regrets! Happy healing!
I understand!!! I plan to have my BA redone possibly next year. I have to payoff this last surgery first lol
