Chin Lipo Photos
This is a follow up to my first review for chin lipo procedure with Dr Navin Singh. I have now added photos here so you can see my results after almost 5 months from the chin lipo.
In my opinion, I spent $3.5K for a procedure that did not make any difference to my double chin. Hope this review helps someone considering lipo with Dr Navin Signh.

All They Cared About Was Getting the Money Not the Results
I had chin lipo with Dr Navin Singh, and was not very pleased. To start with, I had a virtual consult over zoom call video. The pitch was good and decided to go in for in-person consultation.
I received a few quotes and was still in the process of making a decision what I wanted to do as I had a few body parts I wanted to do.
A week before my scheduled in-person appointment I was told to come in a few days early due to scheduling challenges they had. When I arrived they kept asking me for money. From the receptionist, to the nurse and two other staff members approached me at different times to asked for the balance.
I explained that I had not even had an in-person consultation yet and cant made a decision until I spoke with Dr Signh in person. They began to be somewhat rude. Saying that this was my pre-op appointment and that I should have the rest of the money today if I wanted to see the Dr Signh.
I had already paid the $1000 deposit, and didn't know what the balance was since I had not decided what procedure I was doing. I started to get a sense that the practice might be a little desperate for money as I notice they had moved locations and were now sharing staff and office space with another Doctor, Marwan Khalifeh (Who I had also gotten a quote from when he was in his Bethesda office.)
I had no problems with him making ends meet, but badgering a patient to pay up without ever seeing them in person was a huge concern for me. I
I finally met Dr Singh after waiting for 2 hours despite having an appointment with him (that had been rescheduled "because they had a booking conflict"), he was very rude. He got angry when I said I was still thinking what body part I wanted to do and if I might do a combo based on the quote. They told me if I didn't make a decision and chose not to do it, that I would lose my deposit. So it would be best if I made a decision then and there.
I then decide to get the cheapest body part on the menu, which was the chin lipo just to get out of there and be done with there service. I was then told I had to do another appointment just to make the payment if I couldn't make it that day.
I said there was no way I would be driving 2 hours from Maryland to Virginia just to make a payment. Particularly after they had already had me waiting that day for over 2 hours on a scheduled appointment.
I was then told I have the option to wire transfer before the surgery day. And why didn't they say that in the first place? Probably because they wanted to make sure I gave them money before leaving the office that day.
Surgery day came. I would say everything went smoothly and that he is a skilled surgeon. So I thought I will wait 4 months before doing my review on Dr Singh, so that the end result may somehow compensate for the very poor service at the office.
Needless to say it was a meh. The results are barely noticeable. After paying a total of $3,500 for chin lipo, I still have a double chin. Yes there is some volume reduction, but the double chin is still there and noticeable.
I will post before and after pictures soon so you can be the judge of the results.
