I Had a Terrible Experience with Jeffrey Jumaily MD

On June 13, 2019, I had surgery for chin and jaw augmentation with facial plastic surgeon, Jeffrey Jumaily, MD of Beverly Hills, and regret going to this doctor and would not recommend this facial plastic surgeon for that reason. After experiencing everything that I experienced with the jaw augmentation, I made the decision to remove the jaw (mandible) implants in order to restore my quality of life. I could not eat or even bite down without experiencing jaw pain on the right side. When Dr. Jumaily ordered a CT scan to better understand why I have having pain, I discovered (from the CT photos and CT report) that the right side screw (to secure it into place) was not showing screwed into the bone which in my opinion may have explained why the right side looked wider (disfigured in my opinion) than the left side. Dr. Jumaily was kind enough to offer to adjust the implants, however after consulting with another facial plastic surgeon on a second opinion, it validated the decision that I had made of not going through with getting any kind of adjustments from Dr. Jumaily or even have this doctor operate on my face again for that matter (with exception of removing mandible implants). I also explained to Dr. Jumaily I will get my chin augmentation redone somewhere else because of how it turned out with him.

I can’t even imagine what you went through and through how much you’ll still have to go… I got my double-jaw and hopefully, got the result I was looking for from the first try and now can’t even imagine how difficult it is to go through such painful misery again and again… I’d suggest you to at least get a consultation with my surgeon dr. Oh myung June, so far he’s the best in Seoul and results of his work are really impressive! Best of luck! Hope you’ll find right hands to fix the issue.

I no longer had the money to "give it another go" with another score. I substituted with fillers and that has given me good results.

I am scheduled with jumaily for surgery and would like to know wat exactly was wrong with the aesthetic look of your chin?
Aesthetically, there was a dent like look on the left side of my chin after the surgery. He didn't know what caused it.

Can i ask why u felt u couldn't trust jumaily to do a free revision? Did u feel u were badly botched so it was too risky?
