Paid but No Service

UPDATED FROM chercx

Reached out

I reached out to get the chin procedure situated as well as to get my money back that they charged my insurance (almost 1,000), despite paying in cash and card. They are refusing to give me an appointment and the front desk coordinator said she sees nothing about a chin on her end/on the doctors computer, even though my contracts and receipts say otherwise.

Paid but No Service

I paid for both a chin implant and a cosmetic nose procedure with Dr. Alizadeh. Alizadeh caused a double deviated septum, making my nose appear larger than before. He then insisted in doing a second surgery, which god I wish I said no to this, and he worsened the condition and took too much of my bone away. Upon doing my second surgery with him, he refused to make an appointment for me to come in and ignored my calls. I also found out after having several x-rays done and going to multiple doctors these past few weeks: the chin implant I paid for was never inserted and I was put under anesthesia for no reason. There is NO IMPLANT.
