Chin implant rhinoplasty 3 days post-op - implant looks flat & very tall

So I got my cast off and omg, I have a literally pixie nose. It’s the enchanted nose of your elven dreams. It’s so elegant. I feel so much better about it. Chin is a tad tall but for my anatomy it’s what we had to go with. Might consider a genioplasty in the future but as of now I’m just so sastified.

I’m on day 3 post of of a chin implant and rhinoplasty. I know I have far to go but I can’t help but to notice how tall my chin is. I loved what filler did for my chin, with a sharper shorter look. But my implant looks somewhat flat and very tall. Not sure about the rhinoplasty yet it is too soon to tell. I do believe Dr Kim is talented from what I’ve seen of her work and she’s very kind. I just think I should of talked more with her about my preferences before hand.
