Life Changing- Custom Jaw/chin and Rhinoplasty

Beginning in my adolescent and teenage years I had been teased and became very aware and self conscious of my receding chin, lack of a jawline and my flat unsupported nasal tip. I spent years dreaming and researching surgical procedures that would allow me to improve my features that had caused me grief. One night as I watching before and after chin augmentation videos on YouTube I came across a custom chin/jaw procedure done by Dr. Dhir. I had to have that procedure! The office staff was extremely friendly and very accommodating and helped schedule a consult around my crazy work schedule and my flight into LAX. They were just as excited to meet me as I was to meet them. At the initial consult one of the first things I remember Dr Dhir saying as he entered the room was that all of our previous experiences (his and mine) had led us to this moment for a reason and that he was humbled to be a part of my journey. I am a firm believer that nothing happens by coincidence and that the Universe has a way of taking us in the direction we are met to. So I knew this was my guy. After we discussed my goals for surgery, reviewed my inspiration photos, and went over my concerns, I left feeling that I was in good hands. He truly listened and understood what I wanted. I decided on a custom chin/jaw implant and rhinoplasty. The planning and designing process was seamless and a lot of fun as Dr Dhir and I designed and made modifications to what would be my new chin/jaw implant. On the day of surgery the surgical staff made sure I felt like a rockstar from intake to OR table. They even played my favorite song as in walked into the OR and prepped to go under. Procedure completed and the anticipation grew as I waited to have my dressings removed. Finally the day arrived when I would see my new face and I cannot express how absolutely stunning I felt when those bandages were removed! I was so impressed with my results and they were better than my wildest dreams! I felt I still looked like me but with the enhancements that I was always meant to have. At that visit Dr Dhir told me now the real work begins, that now the inside needs to match the outside. He was right!!! The next year of recovery included not only physical healing but I had to face my issues with self esteem, acceptance and self worth. Id send him crazy photos of my face at odd hours of the day, multiple skype calls, and random messages through social media and Dr Dhir was always available and very supportive each time I needed reassurance both physically and emotionally. Over the last year Dr Dhir and his staff have become like family to me and I cannot express my gratitude for the positive impact they've had on my life!
