Dr. Nima is an exceptional doctor and has a highly organized office.

Treatment: chin implant, chin liposuction, and buccal fat removal.

I found dr. Nima from RealSelf after several "Ok" consultations. I understand that my procedures are pretty straightforward, however, I didn't meet anyone that click. Personally, it is essential for me to find a surgeon that has a good bedside manner, natural before and after, consistent positive reviews across all platforms, and an organized office. I found some places have one or two but not the other. 

When I came to dr. Nima's office, the consultant, Annabelle was very accomodating with my tight schedule (fall semester is coming) and the front office, cerina is friendly. 

I had some previous fillers on my chin and dr. Nima dissolved it before the procedure and listen to my suggestions and what I wanted. I also like the fact that dr understands things and answers my question before I asked, like a mind reader, which makes it easier for me. 

The follow-up consultations were perfect and the doctor gave me an excellent scar cream (skinnuva) and the scar is almost non-existent. The scar itself is located under the chin, and it is pretty unnoticeable unless you walk with your chin up all the time 

Aesthetically, the implant greatly improves my side profile and also my front profile as well. The buccal fat removal helps my cheek to look more contoured. The result is subtle, natural but still noticeable.
