WORTH IT$5,950
Realized I hadn’t added a before photo so including one now - from January 2021! As you can see, I had no real chin at all & my face went right into my neck. The implant & lipo have made a huge difference.

SO Glad I Did This!

I've wanted to do a chin implant/neck lipo since early 2016, when I first got my rhinoplasty consultation. At the time, I couldn't afford to do both (I did my nose in June 2016, but in early 2021, I decided that the time had come to do my chin! I found Dr. Miller after looking for surgeons in my area on RealSelf in January and quickly booked an in-person consultation. After our meeting, we determined that I should do a chin implant/neck lipo at the same time - there was also a price discount for doing both at once, which I love! I found his pricing to be very reasonable and I booked my surgery (April 2021) the very next day!
Everyone in the offices, on the phone and via email, was so helpful along the way and made things easy for me in terms of payment, questions, etc. My surgery was on April 22nd, 2021 - I opted to do both procedures without anesthesia, as most do in this instance, and I had a wonderful experience at the surgical center in Edison. The whole process only took a couple of hours and I was driven home to recover! I will say that the first few days of recovery were challenging; it hurt to talk or even open my mouth much. I had to have a fully liquid diet (milkshakes and smoothies worked best), and soft foods after the first week, but it wasn't too bad! I found that sleeping on my back took some getting used to, but I was able to do it! The pain meds and antibiotics really helped as well. I got my bandages off on April 28th and at first I was very swollen and bruised, which was to be expected. However, progress from there onward was really impressive and progressed quickly! I started to see a lot of definition by late May, and by late June, the difference was staggering (see photos!)
I had absolutely no chin before the surgery - I felt like my face just went into my neck, and I had no balance. I'm truly so glad I did this; the chin implant has changed the entire shape of my face and made me feel so much more confident! As early on as May, people were asking me if I'd lost 10 pounds because of how defined my jaw was, and it just keeps getting better. I'm very happy that I did the lipo along with the implant, because that eliminated any sagging/aging skin as well - I was starting to feel a bit "jowl-y" before the surgery and I just love the way everything looks now!
I've had 3 total follow-ups with Dr. Miller after the surgery; he always takes the time with me and I never feel rushed. I love that Associates in Plastic Surgery has many NJ office locations, which makes getting apts really convenient! I would 10/10 recommend Dr. Miller if you're looking for an immensely talented facial plastic surgeon, and I would absolutely go back to him and this practice in the future! If you're on the fence about this surgery, I say go for it - no regrets at all; truly so happy I did it. Thank you Dr. Miller! As an incentive for posting a review, this reviewer received an entry into RealSelf’s monthly $500 gift card giveaway.

Looks great! What implant model and size did the doctor use?
March 22, 2022
I'm not sure on the model but he did a medium sized implant, as the small would have been too small!

Hi. May I ask, did he do your rhinoplasty as well? It looks amazing. If not, would you mind sharing which surgeon did? Thank you! :)

Hi,
Dr. Geoffrey Tobias did my rhinoplasty in June of 2016 and I love it!
