I just wanted to say that what Dr. Shah did for me I cannot even put into words.
For many years and after many consultations with different physicians (including ENT’s and other Plastic Surgeons), I knew Dr. Shah was the one after the first visit. I went there initially for a deviated septum. Although deep down I always wanted a rhinoplasty and lower blepharoplasty, I just didn't know if I could afford it. So I told myself to stick to whats important…deviated septum.
But during the consultation, he also asked if I wanted to change the shape. And their was something about him that made me feel comfortable opening up and not judged by any means regarding my financial situation.
Then as soon as I knew it, we were in his consultation office where he was showing me before and after surgery pics and later having his assistant go over pricing with me that was reasonable and affordable given my situation. It was a miracle!
Dr. Shah and his team went above and beyond for me: to working with my insurance company, scheduling a surgery center location and working out the surgery center fees. He also was able to work with me on a suitable payment plan within my budget. In addition, he is the only surgeon to personally follow up with me himself the night after my surgery just to make sure I was doing well.
I couldn’t believe it, after 10 years of researching and saving money, everything I wanted and needed was happening in less than a week all thanks to Dr. Shaw and his team. Now it has been a year since the surgery and I am so so happy with my new look and able to breath better too!
Any advice I can share with women and men looking to do the same, do your research and trust your intuition or gut feeling. You will know when the time is right and with the right surgeon. Remember no body is perfect, but if you establish a good connection and feel for the right surgeon/team on your first visit that are willing to work with you, then thats what matters.
