These are a few pics of me a year after surgery I still have to work out to maintain my shape which is pretty hard but you have to be dedicated because you will gain weight if you don’t exercise regularly... it will also help to wear a waist trainer

I still have a lil bit of swelling and numbness and it's itchy some days

U can really tell. Trying to see if its worth it i dont want a tummy tuck right now
