Septorhinoplasty Surgery with Dr Moynihan

I'm one month Postop and my nostrils are very uneven and asymmetrical. I'm praying this is due to the swelling. Inside the left side of my nose feels more swollen Vs the right side. I can put a qtip inside of the left nostril and it stays in place while it falls out of the right nostril. I would have liked my nostrils to be more smaller. I hope they even out as I heal.
