The staff is helpful, great at communication/keeping in touch, and always very nice. I was nervous leading up to the consult with Dr. Shah but left his office put at ease, confident, informed, and ready for the next step. He explained everything from what he was seeing, what he could do, what he could not do, what to expect through out the healing process an final outcome. Very honest and that is much appreciated. Post-op I was nervous about some of the things I was seeing, (never fully prepared for everything!) but he and his staff were available and put my mind at ease. I could not be happier with the result so far.
