I wanted to reduce male breast tissue and reduce the "manboob" appearance. Essentially I was "nipping out" when wearing a tight tshirt and I wanted a smoother appearance. The procedure couldnt make me flat chested because of muscle tissue but it was a simply procedure to improve my looks - which it did.
