How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

So I am writing this review out of complete...
So I am writing this review out of complete frustration and utter disappointment. I underwent a hair transplant in March of 2017. The procedure was scheduled through “Hair Restoration Centers” aka Affordable Hair Transplants. The procedure took place at Ritacca Cosmetic Surgery & Medspa in Chicago, IL. While I can say Dr. Morno was very pleasant and her team members were great, the hair transplant was a complete failure. I spent almost $7,000 and all I have to show for it is a scare. As a matter of fact, many of my close friends and family think I have less hair than I did (14) months ago.
Several months after the procedure I received a follow-up email. It was at that time I expressed my disappointment. Shortly after that email exchange I received a call from Dr. Morno. She told me I was potentially a “late developer” and to give it some more time. Several months later I sent multiple emails several to express my continued disappointment. The patient advisor, Jennifer Michaels, asked me to send photos to review. After some time went by I sent another email. She then requested even more photos. After no response, I followed-up twice over a (2) month period and she kept telling me I would receive a phone call from the CEO, Aaron Feldman, to discuss my situation. Never heard from the guy. All I can say to anyone considering this organization is to please use caution.
