Dr. Casas is a detailed, concerned, skilled perfectionist. Her credentials are impeccable and she has always been a plastic surgeon. She has 20 years of experience and knowledge.
From beginning to end she answered all my questions (and believe me I came with a list lol) and responded whenever I texted her. My procedure was done under local anesthesia and I was extremely nervous about this but so happy I did. Recovery was about 7-10 days until I returned to work.
Now I'm 6 mo post op and its one of the best decisions I've ever made. So happy I chose her and anyone looking to get a procedure done will be satisfied.

90% is back. I have a little numbness right along the lines of the incision. I've been using my vibrator to massage it and it's better every day. Massage really made a difference in my case.

Gorgeous results - congrats! I'm six days post and am looking pretty gnarly still! I'm very fair skinned (redhead), so my breasts are more bruise than anything else.
