Hi all! It's time I write my review. I've been posting since aug and I am SO obsessed with this board. I check it every night lol. I've been talking about doing this for years, but too "chicken" to follow through. Plus. I have a lot of guilt spending so much $ on myself.
I'm 5'4 135lbs (hoping to drop a few before surgery) size 4, workout aholic and I have 3 kids. Older kids Oldest is a teenager. I've never been big chested, average B.
now I'm just a deflated B :(
I just want my volume back. I'm not looking for a huge fake look, natural fullness.
I've been to many many consults done countless amounts of hours of research and I no matter what I don't think ill ever be ready for surgery. It scares the day lights out if me. It's elective and it's the unknown outcome that scares me.
But I found a PS I trust. She's the most expensive but I believe you get what you pay for. I am having it done in the OR in a hospital under general anesthesia.
I am getting either 310/350 or 350/400 cc Sientra anatomicals silicone under the muscle.
My husband is 100% on board and I think just may be more excited then me lol
I think I'm more scared and anxious, ha!
A few of my close friends have silicone, just a few saline. I knew I always wanted silicone.
Originally I was waiting til jan 2015 (better hide from kids) now I'm trying to get time off work for oct/nov. hopefully we can get that figured out asap!
I really need surgery reassurance! And sizes! Help!

I have 2 babies, but i was a teenager less than 5 years ago. All i can say is let them know you're happy and comfortable in your own body and simply want to look the way you feel. I think I'd understand. My mom had a full mastectomy when i was a teen and i wouldn't be surprised if she opted for surgery. You just want to feel like yourself again. I know pregnancy and breastfeeding takes a toll on our bodies lol.

I just have to add that I love that you added the leaning forward before pic! All you need now is the laying down one where they slide to the sides...or even worse--the laying on your side one where they fall out of what you are wearing--wait--maybe that's just me! Lol! We are so much alike! Did you decide what you're telling the kids? My oldest is 10yrs--I have three girls so I'm really worried about the message I'm sending. So...I'm hoping it never comes up! I live in a small town though and I'm sure word will get out. I'm super secretive about this but next summer in a bikini I think someone may just notice! Ugh...I'm planning on just saying I hurt my back when I'm recovering. I hate to lie--but man--my girls just won't understand at this point--and I bet my back does hurt!! Oh and my mom--my god--don't even bring that up. She'll be horrified!

Haha you like my "udder" picture? Ha! Those are my hanging skin cow udders :P I'm telling my kids it's my shoulder. My oldest is 16, he knows. My younger 2 I will tell I tore my shoulder. I workout a lot so it won't be too far off base :) I stopped going braless around them months ago and wearing my silicone boobs or bombshell. I'm hoping they won't question it. I did tell my mom, she doesn't agree with it but knows I have wanted this for a long time. Her response was well you ve been talking about doing it forever. We don't really talk about it but she supports me even though she doesn't agree with it. We are so much alike! Boobie sistahs!!!! Ha! :):) happy holidays!

i do like the udder shot! i'm going to take some myself as a reminder of why i did this on the days post op when i'm like--what did i do!! lol i've been sporting the bombshell too--even made it a point to point it out to my mom! even our moms sound the same--my mom thought fixing my umbilical hernia was vanity...she'd never believe i was doing this!! have a great t-day sistah! thankful for this support group! my boyfriend has had his fill of boob talk!

Ha they do sound the same! I have a feeling ill b crazy post op Til they settle. I forwarned my husband to prepare accordingly and to remind me that I really wanted it, lol but I have a lot of good drugs on hand so hoping we ll all have a speedy recovery! Agreed! Thankful for my boobie sistahs!!!!

I am nervous about what to say to my kids, too. Ages 14,13,10,7, & 1. I'm certain my oldest 3 will suspect something. I haven't decided if I should talk to them about it before and just explain how my body has changed from babies & this is just to reshape... Or do I just wait until they are suspicious? Orrrr do I just deny!? Lol I also have a 16 year old sister that I KNOW will notice. While I feel more comfortable telling her, she is close with my oldest (14). So I'm worried she will tell her. Agh so many decisions. Lol I swear it's all I think about.

My oldest is 16, a boy and he does know. He doesn't understand how woman's boobs change after bfing so while I told him he doesn't understand why I would spend so much money on something cosmetic. He's a boy lol my other 2 I should be ok with the pulling a shoulder muscle at the gym and since I'm there everyday it's not unbelievable. I'm sure my youngest daughter *might* pick up on that they look differant but I really think the younger ones wouldn't understand at all. You have to do what's best for you and your family. I told my 11 year old daughter before my surgery. She didn't understand why I would do it but was very supportive after my surgery. Pretty sure my 9 year old son still doesn't know even though I walk around the house in my sports bras. He just doesn't pay attention like that lol.

I agree! I think my youngest daughter who sees me change might think something looks a little different but wont understand. My middle child, a boy prob will have no idea because like u said I really don't think they pay attention to stuff like that!

Sorry, I hit the post button accidentally. My 16 year old step son lives with us. I think I'm equally as concerned about him judging me AND the possibility that he'll tell his mother and then she too will judge me. I know that I shouldn't care but....

I hear ya. I wonder what everyone at the gym will think and my 16 y/o thought when I told him. He thinks I shouldn't spend that much money (I never told him how much lol) when I'm already married. Go figure. I tried to explain to him what happens to a woman's breast after breast feeding and this is only for me and noone else. This is my gift to myself for having and nursing 3 wonderful babies :) then I swore him to secrecy lol

I am 35 years old. 125lbs 5ft 1inch. I got 275ccs in one and 300 ccs in the other. they were a little off to begin with. I got the sientra textured shaped implants. I am so happy!!!! I had a tummy tuck at the same time. This summer might be the first summer I proudly wear a bikini in 20 years. My children are 14 and 19. My breasts were almost 9k also. I agree with you. You absolutely get what you pay for. My PS specializes in natural looking results and he did a great job. I have tried posting pics on this website but it just wont let me for some reason. I wasn't honest with my girls at first. I told them I was just getting a tummy tuck. They would have never noticed my breasts because I always wore padded bras b4. But, I'm not a good liar. So, I ended up telling them. And I was just straight up.

Congrats on your mommy makeover! I love my Sientra textured shaped implants too! My oldest child knows about the real surgery the younger two not so much and they could care less lol I'm so happy your happy! Thsts awesome. We do this for ourselves to feel better about ourselves and it's awesome you achieved that, you go girl!

Can't wait to see your pics/progress. I am having the same implants, over the muscle but can't find many pics or reviews. I will be right behind your surgery date either November or December.

Hi! Congrats on getting a BA too :) your getting sientra anatomicals too? There's a whole review board on here specifically for sientra :) only about 150 reviews so far but it helps:) I couldn't get the oct date I wanted my ps wasn't available :( 99% sure Dec 5th is it! I'm going back in Friday to book it and try on sizers again because I'm so unsure of 310/350 vs 350/400! Good luck!

Just my opinion but if your body can support the 400 I would get them. I have 400cc shaped sientra and I wish I could have gone up the next size but wouldn't fit my bandwidth and it was too tall. I'm happy with my size and know it fits but boob greed is real haha

Hi! Sounds like our surgery dates will be 1 week apart! I have been thinking a lot about 425 cc and 37#? cc shaped but I think the 425 will be the winner... Been obsessing about it and either will be great but since 95% of reviews say they wish they had gone bigger I think I will do that!

Hi booty! Your booty looks great btw, congrats! I'm stressing over 350/400! Lol my ps is the only one that suggested 2 different sizes for me. I still have time to decide. I initially am going into this not wanting "big" tatas per say but to get volume back...now I'm sure because I'm on here everyday that will change before dec 5th! Lol my kids are older, I want to look natural :) I agree a lot say they wish they went bigger, but I'm scared of going too big! Ha

I did rice sizers at home and thought 400 and 465 were wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy too big and liked 300. I was set on 300 and then when I went to my PS office I tried on his sizers. I have sizer photos up on my profile. My Dr said I could do 300-400. My husband and I picked 400 but at that point I wanted even more. The other ones wouldn't fit. Probably a good thing because I might look too top heavy. I'm about 36.5'' bust 26-27'' waist and 37'' bum now. I thought the Drs sizers we close but I think your muscles eat up a bit of the implant so they actually are a little smaller than the sizers. Have you read michele50 profile? She got sientra shaped implants too.

Hey Brit, thanks for the additional info about the rice sizers. At home the rice sizers seem larger than i remember the ps ofc sizers looking. Nice to have that confirmed!

Thanks! I am going back to the same dr who did my bbl for my ba, he thought the 425 cc shaped is the best for me although he showed me other options. I have a wide bwt for my petite frame.

The 350/400 rice sizers I made I feel look huuuuuge I know the office sizers, under the muscle are 10% smaller then in the office Your measurements are mine exactly. In office I felt like 350 made me huge. My husband loves them and my ps suggests 350/400 (I guess one is bigger) I just don't want to be obvious and top heavy.... But yours look great at 400 When I go Friday to book I will try on 400s And take some pics n post here :) Thanks for all your help!

I can't believe I booked it today! Dec 5th is the big day!
Went it to try on sizers again ask questions etc.... (Ill post sizer pics later...)
I'm getting (95%) 400 cc sientra anatomicals under the muscle
I tried on 350 and loved them, PS said to go 400 to get the 350 look....so 400ccs it is! Deposit made! Holy cow I'm actually gonna go through with it!
