Two years ago I had a breast augmentation. My husband at the time had a preference for overfilled saline and my Dr was reluctant to place them under the muscle due to my level of fitness activity. I hated them from the start! I had 330 mod saline overfilled to 460 giving me an arrow base and a projection of 8.5cm on top of the muscle. I had rippling sagging and the size looked awful on my broad chest. I looked like I had two tennis balls stuck under my skin. I finally made an appointment with a well known board certified plastic surgeon in Chicago. Dr Horn was confident and comfortable in helping me reach my goals and made me feel rest assured that I would have a beautiful result. I ended up with 615 extra high profile enspira silicone implants. When I went in for surgery I was nervous that the size was too big for me but I trusted the Dr. And I went with our plan. I am now two weeks post surgery and I amber loving the way they are starting to look. By day 4 I was off my pain meds and feeling able to move around. There was A TON of swelling and it did give me a scare, I called the office and Jordan was such a sweet soul to comfort me and reassure me that they would change in time. She was absolutely right and I am so glad we didn't make any changes to our plan. Dr Horn is a brilliant surgeon and his experience speaks for itself in his work. He is very direct and to the point sonif you're looking for someone to overly accommodate you and give you special treatment this may or Ben the Dr for you, however I encourage you to look beyond that and trust in his reputation as well as his expertise this man knows boobs! I can't believe I walked around with those awful saline bags for two years! I am so excited to see how they continue to change and soften over the next few months.

Hello. I'm considering going back to saline after getting silicone. I don't like the smushed look of them. What did you like about your saline or silicone if anything?

Hello Lynn
I personally hated my saline implants they felt heavy, hard, and never natural. This time around I chose a cohesive gel silicone extra high profile and I am so happy with them! Typically saline has a higher projection so I requested the xhp in silicone to avoid the look you're talking about I hope that helps!

It's amazing how well it turned out! If you still have the high res photos, I would love to see them!
