I am almost 41 years old. I am 5'10" and126 pounds. I had BA 4 weeks ago - 320cc silicone mod profile under the muscle. I wish I had a before picture to post- I was completely flat with no breast definition whatsoever - it was just 2 nipples on a flat surface.
I am so happy to finally have breasts! My surgeon is amazing and I feel like my results are natural and fit my skinny body. I guess I am just worried that after going through all this I am still too small. I am athletic so I didn't want to go too big - I just wanted to be more feminine. For me this has been a significant change given how flat I was before. I thrilled with the shape and personally I finally feel like a woman - it is just relative to the general population I wonder if I still look too small? It was so hard to tell with the sizers. For me it felt like a big difference from where I started...

I am wondering what size bra I will be... I am almost 5 weeks post op. When are you supposed to go for sizing? When can I start wearing bras on a regular basis?

I think you look amazing!! That's the look I'm going for! I'm 5'4", 120# and when I tried on sizers, it looked like 270 mods were about right. Are you still feeling they're too small?

Thanks so much. I do feel like I could have gone bigger but then I worry that they would not look natural since I am thin. I am happy with the shape - I had mod profile and I like how they extend across the width of my chest. Overall I am very happy. I was worried about doing this but now I can't believe I waited this long! Just remember you lose a little going under the muscle - I had picked 300 originally and at the last second went to 320 and was glad I did. Best wishes to you!

Thank you! I really love the looks of the 250s, so probably going to 270 to get that look. Although... 300 might be nice, too. :-)

You can go to normstrom or vs for sizing

Congratulations! You look great and I don't think you look too small. It sounds like this is a huge change for you so I would enjoy them! If you are concerned about size, keep in mind that you can dress them up or down with your bras and clothing. You're right, since your thin, you may have felt too big had you gone any larger. How was your recovery? Are you back to your active lifestyle yet? Thanks for sharing on RealSelf!

Hi congrats! Do you have any recent pictures? How are you doing? Did you get smooth round or textured?
