I was a little skeptical based on negative reviews on Dr Horns bedside manner, but I'm not getting his bedside manner on my chest... I'm getting breast augmentation. For those wanting "special" attention from their doctors, his staff more than makes up for this. I want the special attention from my doctor to come during my surgery & attention to detail in my augmentation. While I stood in my gown right before surgery & Dr Horn started to measure & mark me off, I couldn't have been more convinced Dr Horn gives special attention to his patients where it counts. He is a true artist & I appreciated his noticeable obsession with symmetry & perfecting his results.
Hands down, Dr Horn is the best in Chicago. My experience with him & his attentive staff was top notch. He is an amazing doctor & his work is unmatched. If you want beautiful symmetrical results, I can't imagine any doctor who could do better than Dr Horn.
If you want better customer service... Go to Starbucks, but they may mess up your order bc they are do focused on saying hi to everyone walking in the door. For anyone skeptical bc of bad reviews, figure out what's important to you, beside manner or perfect breasts.

Isn't Dr. Horn amazing?? I had breast augmentation with him two months ago and could not be happier. I totally agree that while he's marking you for surgery you can tell his attention to detail and perfection!
