I was motivated by the fact that I work out 3-5 days per week but never got the results I was seeking. Now add in getting older and menopause, which is a bad mix. My outcome is great. I’m still wearing a compression suit for 22 hours/day, but I’m looking great (abs & arms). I am feeling really great about how I’m looking
