Sheena is super accommodating and even replies to my emails when I don't have the chance to call - thank goodness! The nurses that perform the laser hair removal and also assist Dr. West are so pleasant and knowledgeable. The laser hair removal was also painless and even after one treatment I've seen a difference! Chelsea is a pro at facials and skin care advice. She's also super friendly and welcoming. I loved chatting with her about product lines, she was such a breath of fresh air plus she's literally gorgeous. Anyone with skin like that must have all of the secrets.
