WORTH IT
I have always hated the big space between my nose in the top of my lip and as I got older my lip got thinner. I felt it aged me and made me look unhappy. I would always try to smile big in pictures because it brought up my lips and balanced my face. I'm turning 50 this summer and wanted to do something for myself for a change. I had this procedure done today and the pain is setting in so just took a Percocet.

I'm not sure exactly, becoming stronger. I think about 10 mm I think it was about 21 mm to begin with and he took about half off

I just had it done 2 days ago and I have to get my stitches removed next week then I can wear makeup on the incision

Thank you. I feel like today the upper lip dropped a little and the short distance that I was loving is not looking as short today

Pain is better but swelling is much worse! I can see that once the swelling goes down I will like it!

You look young for 49. Have you had any other procedures ? The Lip lift was a good decision.

Thank you so much! No other previous procedures. Dr Spiegel did put in a little bit of Juvaderm Ultra after he completed the lip lift to fill them out a little more. It's supposed to last a year he said.

Have a question would you say that you healed very well and fast? Because you seem to have healed much better than anyone I've seen on real self lip lift pictures.

feeling good today. today I dabbed at the stitches with a wet q-tip to get the dried blood and some of the marker off. still very swollen but it seems like my lip doesn't look as short as it did yesterday. Maybe its my imagination.

You look amazing how much did you have taken off as I'm getting my lip lift in 4 weeks I'm very nervous especially about the pain.

Thanks! I got a lot removed because I had a very long upper lip. The pain is the worst the next day. You'll be fine just ice it and take your percocets
