I work out and am in good shape yet I still had a belly and the more I worked out the bigger I got. I went in and the doctor told me my abdominal muscle was severely separated. I was honestly shocked but thrilled there was a way to fix it. I was so nervous about the pain and recovery, but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. There was minimal pain and I was walking around the neighborhood in two weeks and working out full force by 6 weeks. I noticed the change immediately and it has continued to get better and better as the swelling has gone down. It is so nice to not complain about my stomach anymore. I Love it !!!!
