I am 58, eat healthy, and exercise regularly. After 1 year of working with a trainer, I realized that these areas of fat in my abdomen, arms and hips were firming up but were not going to improve enough on their own. I had lipo of my flanks, abdomen and under my arms. The flank area is great, the abdomen is not totally smooth, but I knew that was a possibility. My skin has lost elasticity and may take longer to spring back. My arms look much better underneath, "wings" are gone. My waistline is now back where it is supposed to be!! I look 100% better in my clothes.
