I gonna post my before pics so I can see the difference .. This time next week I'll be heading to my procedure !!! So excited yayyyyy!



I'm hoping to finally be rid of my gutt !!! He has done several co workers and a family...

I'm glad I did it !! I work out a few days a week to maintain my results <br />
Before measurements : 34-30-36<br />
After : 34-27-40

One year post op ... surgery date 2/13/2016

I'm 9 mnths post off and I have gained abt 5lbs and it's must have went to my butt cause it has grown <br />
34-27-40 are my measurements now 

9 mnths post op

I workout at least 3 times a week to maintain my results ..3 sets of 20 squats minimum an a good ab workout
