I’m super excited. After looking for someone 3 years ago in Memphis then I moved to STL to do my 360 Liposculpture and BBL, it’s taken 3 years. I was blessed to find Dr. Ramos here in St. Louis, since going overseas was out of the question and I didn’t want to travel. I was so lucky after tons of research to discover him. He has done great work based off his website, his nurses in the office and the before and after pictures in his office. The consultation was free and he talked to my boyfriend and I for well over an hour. He explained the entire procedure and made me really comfortable. I’m happy I won’t have to go under general anesthesia, because it reduces the risks. He’s using the Body Jet and Laser Lipo to get the fat and to sculpt my body and the Laser to help with skin tightening. I’m adding my 23 Day Pre-Op photos. Currently 5’3” 164lbs.
I’m excited to join the community. I’m looking forward to your advice and feedback.

My countdown has officially begun!!! I’ve done so much research over the last three years but these last three months have been insane. I just love Dr. Ramos’ staff and him. They answer all my questions and I just feel so comfortable going into my procedure. I’ve watched countless Youtube videos to prepare from other dolls. The top 3 things that I’ve learned is that the BBL is 50% on the Dr., 50% on you and finally GARMENTS(Fajas and waist trainers) ARE THE KEY!
The Dr. yes removes the fat from unwanted areas and sculpts/injects the fat into our butts and/ or hips if desired (I just want it in my butt I have enough hips), but the great results we see come from the POST OP, which is on us “the patient”. I have read countless reviews on folks bashing doctors when they’re less than 3 months post op... My plan is to be super committed to my recovery process. I’ve purchased stage 1 and 2 Fajas I’ve even purchased a Faja and a waist trainer that I’ve worn the last week to prepare my body, since I’ll be in a Faja and waist training for a minimum of 3 months. While items come with the procedure I have extras like Lipo foams, ab board, back board, etc. I’ve also started taking collagen, eating a reduced sodium diet, eating more pineapples, and adding turmeric and ginger to my tea in the morning to help flush my system of excess water weight to help with swelling afterwards.
Essentially, ladies we can’t expect these doctors to be magicians. I expect Dr. Ramos to first and foremost care about my health and suck all my fat from my waist, full abs and full back, sculpt my butt first then add fat to fill me out and make my butt curvy and full to match my existing thighs and hips. I understand when I walk out of that offices it’s on me to get massages, eat right and wear my garments because our bodies are like clay afterwards. All in all, I’m so excited I can’t contain myself!!! I’ll keep you all up to date I’m thinking of starting Youtube channel????

I’m 2 days post op, super sore but I had to post my review/update. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Ramos for my BBL and 360 Liposculpture. He truly took his time with my body. Andrea and Marcella are great nurses, they were great help pre-op and post-op. I have a very low pain tolerance but they made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. I never had wish pics because I feel it’s a setup for disappointment. I told him I wanted a snatched tiny waist, flat stomach and a ?? shaped booty sized to match my thighs.
Y’all when I say he delivered. He did!
So, like I said in my previous post, he did his thing now the recovery is on me. I’m eating low sodium foods (mostly fruits and veggies) drinking plenty of water, Gatorade and pineapple juice. These next 3 to 6 months in a Faja is serious but necessary if I want to maintain my results.

I had my 1st lymphatic massage with Ms. Nancy at Chesterfield Athletic Club. She was great very patient and informative. I was moving around much better afterwards. I must have lost some fluid because I had to add Lipo foams and my back lumbar board to my Faja for some actual compression after my massage. I can’t wait to see her next week. I’m also wearing a waist trainer.... uggghhhh all of this makes me look bulky and you can’t see my S-curve as much but believe me it’s a major dip and a lot of ass back there. Nothing can bulk up this waist tho Dr. Ramos snatched the [RS bleep] out of it and my back I mean no fat no where.
Hopefully, I’ll have my Stage 2 Faja and this one taken in soon by my next update. I have a post op appointment and some type of laser treatment Monday.

Well Dr. Ramos did his job now this recovery is all on me. I love the Maria E Fajas. I’m really excited to get my Contour Faja tho, hopefully it comes next week. I love the heart butt shape he gave me and the size. It goes well with my natural hips and thighs.

Back at work!!! I’m extremely pleased with my decision to have Dr. Ramos as my Dr. I love my results but most of all I love how he truly took care of my post op care. Unfortunately, I had a seroma (fluid) on my right hip that had to be drained. He saw me immediately and took care of it made me add more compression and it was all good. I’m so happy I stayed home and didn’t go out of the state or abroad.

I’m still swelling but I’m compressing so that’s normal. I haven’t lost any volume in my booty but I also don’t sit on it. But my waist tho... Lord can it get any smaller. I was a 36 inch waist before surgery now I’m a 28.5. This garment from Curvy Gyals is the truth and the waist trainer from KJ Couture are bomb and shaping me into Jessica Rabbit LOL.

This Curvy Gyal garment is amazing I’m fully compressed, it’s so light perfect to wear under anything unlike contour’s because it’s so thick. It does not cause back rolls because the entire back is covered. The butt cheek openings are stretchy and doesn’t dent my skin so that I feel like my circulation is about to cutt off. I will definitely be making another purchase. #fiveweekspostop #curvygyaldoll

Compression is truly the key. Post op care has been critical to my journey. I stay compressed at least 18 hours a day!!!
