I Love Dr Ramos if you are choosing him you got a gem. He listens, he's caring as well as patient. Dr Ramos is thorough does what he does and plays no games. He believes in having a natural look (realistic). I wasn't off work long. I wasn't in ANY pain. I Did not have any drains. I Could sit straight on my butt If I wanted too without thinking imma mess anything up!!!!! I had minimal to no bleeding. If there were any such thing as a Perfect Surgery All the way through.....THIS would be it!!!! If you are guessing in anyway if you are going with Dr Ramos GO FOR IT!!! He is the one. Here are a few pics I could dig up, hope it helps. I need to loose more pounds but I Loooooooove my Butt Honey!!!! If I could I would do it all over again in a heartbeat, but only with Dr Ramos!
Hello, I am new here and I’m excited to share my journey with you all. I had an initial consultation with Dr. Ramos, and he made me feel so comfortable. He spent over an hour with me explaining the procedure and showing me photos of his work. Surgery is scheduled for 2/21/2022. Updated on 15 Mar 2022: So my procedure was yesterday morning. Dr Ramos took photos, marked me up and started the procedure. For the procedure, I was partially awake and in pain. The entire procedure took roughly 6 hours from start to finish. Updated on 27 Mar 2022: I have been too lazy to take pics, so here are a few pics from the day of surgery. 2 pre op and 1 post op. Right now I am 2 weeks post op with swelling but my waist is snatched, and my booty is big and round but also natural looking. Just like I asked for. Updated on 27 Mar 2022: Here is one more of me on the table right after surgery. One tip that I recommend to anyone having surgery is to invest in a good faja. The one that is providing to uou after surgery is not a good one. Compression and massages are the key to helping with swelling and fluid release. Right now, I am getting massages three times a week.
I got an awake BBL done in his surgery room. The whole process was very easy. I got to watch him do lipo! It was so crazy. I felt good and was able to ask questions etc. When he started putting the fat into my butt i got very nauseous. I threw up several times on the way home. I was able to take care of my kids the same day when i got home. I didnt take any pain pills so i could breastfeed the day after. My results are amazing! My shape is totally changed. I do have some fat left on my stumic. Especially on my upper belly. Maybe i can go back for a touch up next fall after the summer. I love swimsuit shopping now!! My butt looks so good!! I'm currently 123lbs and 5'3". I am about 10 lbs heavier than i have ever been so i thought now would be the time to transfer some. My measurements were 31 bust, 30 waist, and 36 hip. My new measurements are 27,29 and 37. I am able to fit in all my same jeans but it looks so much better. :) Updated on 6 Aug 2021: Its been almost 6 months since my surgery and I am in love with my body. I cant believe its me when i look in the mirror! My scars are still dark. Thats the one thing i didnt expect. I put concealer on them before i go around people in a bikini. I used silicone strips for several months. They are getting lighter now finally. I LOVE my results though and i would 100% do it again. I am wanting to go do a touch up. I havent called yet but i have seen on here that its just $1000 unless you add new areas. I feel like he left more fat on my upper stomach. There is a spot on the side of my belly button that has more fat that bothers me. Also one side of my butt is bigger but you can only notice it when im naked so its not really that bad. If i had gotten this done where i was put out i would not want a touch up but if its available for not very much money, i would like to try to fix it. I hate to start all over with my scars but maybe if i get them done in the early fall they will have healed lighter by next summer. Updated on 12 Nov 2023: I am still in love with my body! I wish i could have done it earlier in life. I recently lost 10 lbs and it looks even better! I was afraid my butt would leave but it only went down a little and I lost quite a but it my mid section which is great! The first 2 pictures are from this summer and the last 2 pictures are before my bbl showing what my butt looked like in different weight.
I've been too lazy to document my journey on here but here it goes. I had a consultation with Dr Ramos sometimes last year and I made my decision to go ahead with the procedure this year. Consultation was great and he was very friendly. He showed me many pictures and I was sure I wanted to get this done. What excited me the most was that it was an Awake bbl. I would only be lightly sleepy but awake and aware while the procedure went on. So on the 9th of September I had my surgery. Today makes it two weeks post surgery. It was body jet lipo and some fat transfer to my butt. I did not desire a huge butt so he only put 500ccs in each cheeks. I already had some ass to start with but I really wanted him to fill out the dimples/cellulite which he did. If you want a big butt, you have to exaggerate your expectations to doctor Ramos because he'll make you as natural as possible. I love my butt and my waist is snatched! My waist was 36 inches before surgery and it was 32 inches when i got home that day. It is 30 inches today two weeks after and I am still swollen so I can only imagine my end result. My butt measures 45 inches even though swelling has reduced in that area too. I will say the pain was a 6 the second day. I couldn't go to work for two days because I just wanted to lay in bed but on the 3rd day I didn't even need pain pills. I will continue to document my progress. I intend to go back for arm lipo, inner thigh lipo and fat transfer to my boobs. Updated on 19 Oct 2020: The before pictures were taken on September 8th the night before surgery. I was very anxious but I knew that I wanted to do this. At least just to reduce my mommy tummy if anything. I was excited to stay awake for the procedure cos being put to sleep was out of it for me. In the after pictures I have my faja on and the one in the bathing suit, I don’t have a faja on. I will continue to update my progress. I am 5 weeks post op and I still swell. I’m hoping my belly can reduce even more. I religiously wear my faja. Maybe I’m eating too much salty foods or maybe not enough fat was taken out, I don’t know. We shall see at the 3 month mark. By then swellling should have significantly reduced. Dr Ramos gives Lats. I actually desire to have more hips.
He is a awesome doctor. He is very informative as well. I am so glad I did it. He is a great option especially better than going out the country to me. My experience was awesome. Getting comfortable in bed was the hardest for me. Updated on 29 Apr 2019: Fresh apple bottom. Fresh on the table. New Ramosdoll in the building. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I love Dr Ramos he is great and awesome informative doctor. I can’t to do my arms. I kno Dr. Ramos is going to do an awesome job again. Very very satisfied. All well worth it.
I went for my consultation in February. Made my appointment for April 3rd. I was getting liposuction, renuvion and mini tuck. Mind you this is the 2nd time due to the 1st time I should have gotten tummy tuck.

I've watched alot of videos and it seems that it may be painful... Soooo IDC..Lol I'm ready I have cellulite bad ladies so I'm hoping that my Lipo will help with that.. Updated on 29 May 2018: My BIG DAY IS TOMORROW LADIES???????? Updated on 30 May 2018: I'm so nervous now.... Updated on 30 May 2018: Ladies when I tell you that I'm in pain.. Baby I'm in pain-! But pain is beauty and I can't wait to start seeing the new body I'm going to have???? Updated on 1 Jun 2018: Updated on 24 Jun 2018: Come on booty.. I'm waiting for you ???? Full pics coming soon Updated on 28 Jan 2019: I am thinking about some lipo just for my sides and stomach. But my butt ladies is BIG.. and the crazy part ladies is that it took about 6 months before it got like this... It's super weird to me... I just know this thang is heavy and I already had a little sum sum back there but geesh.
I had my BBL with Dr. Ramos at the beginning of March 2018. I’m in my early 20s and always struggled with stomach fat- no matter how great of shape I was in or how well I ate I still had love handles and a thick waist, and a tiny flat butt! I knew Dr. Ramos was the doctor for me when he talked with me for about an hour during my free consult and was able to show me a huge variety of result pictures of girls with all different body types, ages, & races- no matter what they were working with naturally, he was able to contour their waists and give them amazing curves!! I’m only about a month post op and couldn’t be happier with my results! From all the research I’ve done, I know it will take about 3-4 months for most of the swelling to go down in my lipo areas and get a better idea of my true result, but I’m already satisfied. My butt is now a perfect heart shape and my waist is the smallest it’s ever been. I’ve had a very smooth recovery so far- my incisions are almost completely invisible, no hard lumps in my lipo areas and my butt is starting to really soften up! I can’t wait to see how my body looks by summer with working out and the swelling going down!
I’m super excited. After looking for someone 3 years ago in Memphis then I moved to STL to do my 360 Liposculpture and BBL, it’s taken 3 years. I was blessed to find Dr. Ramos here in St. Louis, since going overseas was out of the question and I didn’t want to travel. I was so lucky after tons of research to discover him. He has done great work based off his website, his nurses in the office and the before and after pictures in his office. The consultation was free and he talked to my boyfriend and I for well over an hour. He explained the entire procedure and made me really comfortable. I’m happy I won’t have to go under general anesthesia, because it reduces the risks. He’s using the Body Jet and Laser Lipo to get the fat and to sculpt my body and the Laser to help with skin tightening. I’m adding my 23 Day Pre-Op photos. Currently 5’3” 164lbs. I’m excited to join the community. I’m looking forward to your advice and feedback. Updated on 15 Mar 2018: My countdown has officially begun!!! I’ve done so much research over the last three years but these last three months have been insane. I just love Dr. Ramos’ staff and him. They answer all my questions and I just feel so comfortable going into my procedure. I’ve watched countless Youtube videos to prepare from other dolls. The top 3 things that I’ve learned is that the BBL is 50% on the Dr., 50% on you and finally GARMENTS(Fajas and waist trainers) ARE THE KEY! The Dr. yes removes the fat from unwanted areas and sculpts/injects the fat into our butts and/ or hips if desired (I just want it in my butt I have enough hips), but the great results we see come from the POST OP, which is on us “the patient”. I have read countless reviews on folks bashing doctors when they’re less than 3 months post op... My plan is to be super committed to my recovery process. I’ve purchased stage 1 and 2 Fajas I’ve even purchased a Faja and a waist trainer that I’ve worn the last week to prepare my body, since I’ll be in a Faja and waist training for a minimum of 3 months. While items come with the procedure I have extras like Lipo foams, ab board, back board, etc. I’ve also started taking collagen, eating a reduced sodium diet, eating more pineapples, and adding turmeric and ginger to my tea in the morning to help flush my system of excess water weight to help with swelling afterwards. Essentially, ladies we can’t expect these doctors to be magicians. I expect Dr. Ramos to first and foremost care about my health and suck all my fat from my waist, full abs and full back, sculpt my butt first then add fat to fill me out and make my butt curvy and full to match my existing thighs and hips. I understand when I walk out of that offices it’s on me to get massages, eat right and wear my garments because our bodies are like clay afterwards. All in all, I’m so excited I can’t contain myself!!! I’ll keep you all up to date I’m thinking of starting Youtube channel???? Updated on 25 Mar 2018: Tonight is the last night sleeping in my back for awhile. I’ll update tomorrow. -Ms. Butterworth (Flat Butt) LOL Updated on 28 Mar 2018: I’m 2 days post op, super sore but I had to post my review/update. I’m so happy I chose Dr. Ramos for my BBL and 360 Liposculpture. He truly took his time with my body. Andrea and Marcella are great nurses, they were great help pre-op and post-op. I have a very low pain tolerance but they made sure I was comfortable each step of the way. I never had wish pics because I feel it’s a setup for disappointment. I told him I wanted a snatched tiny waist, flat stomach and a ?? shaped booty sized to match my thighs. Y’all when I say he delivered. He did! So, like I said in my previous post, he did his thing now the recovery is on me. I’m eating low sodium foods (mostly fruits and veggies) drinking plenty of water, Gatorade and pineapple juice. These next 3 to 6 months in a Faja is serious but necessary if I want to maintain my results. Updated on 31 Mar 2018: I had my 1st lymphatic massage with Ms. Nancy at Chesterfield Athletic Club. She was great very patient and informative. I was moving around much better afterwards. I must have lost some fluid because I had to add Lipo foams and my back lumbar board to my Faja for some actual compression after my massage. I can’t wait to see her next week. I’m also wearing a waist trainer.... uggghhhh all of this makes me look bulky and you can’t see my S-curve as much but believe me it’s a major dip and a lot of ass back there. Nothing can bulk up this waist tho Dr. Ramos snatched the [RS bleep] out of it and my back I mean no fat no where. Hopefully, I’ll have my Stage 2 Faja and this one taken in soon by my next update. I have a post op appointment and some type of laser treatment Monday. Updated on 6 Apr 2018: Well Dr. Ramos did his job now this recovery is all on me. I love the Maria E Fajas. I’m really excited to get my Contour Faja tho, hopefully it comes next week. I love the heart butt shape he gave me and the size. It goes well with my natural hips and thighs. Updated on 18 Apr 2018: Back at work!!! I’m extremely pleased with my decision to have Dr. Ramos as my Dr. I love my results but most of all I love how he truly took care of my post op care. Unfortunately, I had a seroma (fluid) on my right hip that had to be drained. He saw me immediately and took care of it made me add more compression and it was all good. I’m so happy I stayed home and didn’t go out of the state or abroad. Updated on 27 Apr 2018: I’m still swelling but I’m compressing so that’s normal. I haven’t lost any volume in my booty but I also don’t sit on it. But my waist tho... Lord can it get any smaller. I was a 36 inch waist before surgery now I’m a 28.5. This garment from Curvy Gyals is the truth and the waist trainer from KJ Couture are bomb and shaping me into Jessica Rabbit LOL. Updated on 30 Apr 2018: This Curvy Gyal garment is amazing I’m fully compressed, it’s so light perfect to wear under anything unlike contour’s because it’s so thick. It does not cause back rolls because the entire back is covered. The butt cheek openings are stretchy and doesn’t dent my skin so that I feel like my circulation is about to cutt off. I will definitely be making another purchase. #fiveweekspostop #curvygyaldoll Updated on 30 May 2018: Updated on 27 Jun 2018: Updated on 5 Oct 2018: Compression is truly the key. Post op care has been critical to my journey. I stay compressed at least 18 hours a day!!!
