Best decision I have ever made - Dr Tahery Manchester, GB

I completely lost confidence in taking my pictures...

I completely lost confidence in taking my pictures after my damaged nose was becoming progressively worse including an unsightly hanging columella and damaged bridge, along with breathing issues in one side of my nose.
I was terrified of having my nose fixed due to all the consultations I had with many misleading and unhelpful surgeons including ENTS in Manchester and Birmingham. I really wanted to get it fixed because I have so much going on in my life that I was desperate to find the right person so I can move on with my life and not obsess and worry about how my nose looked or felt and have my breathing ability so I can enjoy swimming again.
I am extremely lucky that I changed my mind about a previous ENT specialist who seemed unconfident to resolve my issues even though he agreed I would benefit from treatment.
I was even more lucky I found Dr Tahery on real self, after researching for months for a ENT with an interest in facial and rhinology I felt I had to atleast contact him to see what he was willing to do and it is the best decision I have ever made!
I am extremely happy with my result, my nose is natural and perfect for my face without being a huge change. I am still wearing Steri strips and yet it looks beautiful.
Not only is Dr tahery a very respected surgeon, he actually knows what he is doing and has an eye for detail. after the huge surgery I went under for which was pretty complicated, I came out looking like I didn't have a good nights sleep for a day or so, I had no bruising, no huge swelling, no nothing but a slightly sore nose and a little blood around my nasal passages.
I am so happy I found someone who listened to me and delivered what he promised. in my initial consultation I knew I could trust him to be the one that fixes my nose and trust that even if things had gone wrong that he would help resolve them and work with me.
On the day of my surgery Dr Tahery popped in to check I was ok and go his plan for surgery and what I was expecting etc. Again when I was laying on the surgical bed before anaesthesia he came in and reassured me even though at this point I was having a mini panic.
From start to finish I felt so relaxed and comfortable with the Dr and his team, including the aftercare I received.
I am so glad I met Dr Tahery and I had this done procedure done with him. And If Dr tahery can fix an orangutangs nose then i was sure mine was in safe hands!

Hi, hope you don't mind me asking- what clinic did you have your surgery at? I've decided to book in for a consultation with mr tahery after reading these reviews but am a bit confused on where he's actually based, most of the reviews say transform manchester but the contact details on this site are cosmetick chester, which would be better for me but haven't seen anyone mention this place so far! Thanks!

The thing with the type of surgeon you need is someone who actually knows how to resolve the issue and also approve the appearance. Most ENTs only work on improving the function of the nose, ears throat.
Dr tahery is one of a very small number who I have noticed can actually improve the appearance along with function as he is also a facial plastic surgeon.
You should get another consultation but I gave to say I don't know anyone who's work is better and still natural in the uk.
Yes if to have had problems don't rush into it. But honestly I was extremely worried too but after meeting him I booked a date after the consultation, I was that impressed by not just his manner but actually what he can do for me.
