This review is going to be a little lengthy, but I wanted to give the most accurate review I could and keeping it short would not do this doctor (and his staff) justice. I researched three different doctors and received a consultation with each one. Dr Sorokin was the last doctor I saw. His pricing was more expensive than the other two and I had the mentality that "a surgeon is a surgeon" so I didn't think I'd be choosing him. I was incredibly wrong. Dr Sorokin has a genuine desire to make people look and feel their best. You can tell he's passionate and excited about what he does. He was the only doctor who made me feel like a human being. I didn't realize how cold the other surgeons were until I spoke with Dr Sorokin. After my appointment, my husband and I decided that he was worth the extra money. Scheduling was s breeze and they prepared me for everything. They even mailed most of the information to me since I live an hour away.
After my surgery I was a little disappointed with the results. Ive had a chest wall deformity my entire life that causes a pretty significant unevenness. I knew going into the surgery that it wouldn't fix the underlying issue but I was hoping that it would help conceal it. After the appropriate healing time I worked up the courage to call the office and express my concerns. I was nervous, but the staff and Dr Sorokin were so gracious and kind. I've read a ton of horror stories about patients not being satisfied and their Drs don't seem to care. I don't think Dr Sorokin was to blame for my initial results, I believe that my body was less predictable than the average patient's. Even though he didn't (legally/technically/morally) have to do a revision, he did. I was afraid that I would feel like an inconvenience
to the staff but they treated me just as they did when I was a prospective patient.
(Marla is THE BEST and I hope and assume he's aware of what a genuine asset she is to his practice) I could not be happier with my overall experience and I would do it all again to get the results I received!
