This Man Doesn't Act Like a Medical Professional

Spoke with Dr Eppley and was very suspicious given how awful the bad reviews were. I needed a revision surgery to fix my botched first surgery. During my call he repeatedly joked about how bad I looked and that he would be the person to fix it; showing little compassion and letting his brash overconfident persona speak loud and clear.
He pretended he had seen a PowerPoint I sent himand when I pressed him on what about my previous implant was wrong he mumbled a response back; when I pressed him further he pretended he had it on the screen and said I need more vertical augmentation: this was completely wrong as the reason it looked so bad was because there was too much vertical augmentation. At one point he said he could make me an implant out of gold because he doesn't care what its made out of - what Doctor speaks like this?
The last straw was the multiple prices which I was offered for the procedure, they varied from $14k, $19k and $16k. Clearly demonstrating they want to get as much money out of you as possible. Finally, his staff are awfully rude and have zero compassion. When you want to pay they become super attentive which clearly aligns with their principle of money first.
Just to note, any surgeon that accepts any patient regardless of their welfare is not helping the patient. Surgeries equal turnover and for this man to rip people off in bulk is where his niche lies. He may deliver some fantastic results but it is a huge gamble with crazy downside loss. Please check bad realself reviews first and then make a decision on your surgeon because the ethical surgeons care about their patients life more than their company's bank balance. You have been warned.
