Well I had my 5 week post-op today, and the Dr said all in all I look good I'm just healing slower than others. I was extremely swollen, so he looked for a sarcoma, which I didn't have.....Thank God. But Ive gone from a med cg to a lg and my weight is dropping, so it's all swell hell. I forgot to mention I had been sneezing a lot and that's when it really start. Just wondering if I could have busted my stitches inside. The places on my breast he says is because my body is trying to reject the stitches he used.Praying for a quick healing

Hey how are things going for you? I am wearing my Spanx 24/7. I absolutely hate having to pull it up and down to go to the bathroom. It kills my lipo areas on flanks. So painful!

I'm happy to say I feel I'm turning the corner. I feel much better just waiting on the areas that opened to heal ,and most have except my left breast, but it was the worst. I also wear my spanx 24/7 , but I've learned to pull the leg to the side so I don't have to pull it down. I won't lie this has cause me 2 accidents, but I still feel it was worth it. I always went to Belk and bought one with just a panty that hooks in the crotch, and I LOVE IT !!!! I We a my regular panties under it so I can wear it long and it still be clean. I didn't have lipo to my stomach or flanks, because I had it separately two yrs a good. The pain was terrible, and it lasted for about 6 months, If you can stand to have it messaged it will help it healthy much faster. I didn't listen to my doctor wish I would have. I hope your pain eases up.

Day 32

I am definitely in swell hell, I feel like I'm bigger now (minus the loose skin) than before my surgery. I know I'm a problem healer, so I do nothing, but walking no lifting or any other chores. My niece has been a Godsend, and does my cleaning, but I want my independence back. I feel worthless, but every time I even try to do something another hole opens up. Has anyone else had this problem. Oh btw try your best not to sneeze, because if you do you feel like you're back to day 1.
My left breast is getting worse, and is scary staph and MRSA keep running thru my head. It has almost doubled in size.

I am so sorry for you. I lost a child as well, so just surviving that is a miracle. I had a fat transfer to breast from abdomen. Stomach hurt for months! Fat necrosis in breast needed removal and also had to be drained twice! My surgeon is great. It's just me. Any way I am 5 months out and finally feeling good and loving the results. Hang in there! It will get better!!
