I have had many facial procedures from Dr James Shire over the past 5 years. He is the absolute Best of the Best in Chattanooga. Everything is very natural and I just look rested and refreshed after each procedure with very little bruising or downtime. This is important because I am a working professional.

Dr Jim Shire is a wonderful doctor. He is very concerned about making sure you look natural. He does ALL the work, even the injections himself and he is meticulous in his instructions for proper healing and aftercare. I would not trust my face to anyone in Chattanooga other than Dr James Shire. His staff is very professional and discreet. There is absolutely no wait time in this office.

Did you start with injectables then move on to surgery or both?
Yes, I started with Botox ... Then decided to have a mini lift and chin implant. I just look rested and the downtime was only about a week.
