So I've been looking on this site and others for a little over a year and have had 7 different consults with PS for fat transfer and BA. I never really likes the idea of having a foreign object in my body and am happy with my current weight, although I would like to start working out again (it's been about 3.5yrs) and so i decided to go with the fat transfer. I think my breast look pretty good already as far as over all shape and placement but I've always felt like I was unproportional. Being a big OCD this was kind of annoying when ever I look at my profile in a mirror. Even when I worked out like crazy I still had a little bit of a pooch on my lower stomach.
The surgeon I chose is Dr.Deal out of Chattanooga tn. He thinks he will be able to get 800-1000 from my abd, love handle and back. That'll be 400-500 for each breast if it'll to fit. He thinks he can get 400 each for sure which I was glad for since I didn't really want him to have to take from my thighs or my butt. ( I'm not sure there is enough there in my core but dr.deal sounded confident that there would be, I guess I'll find out)
I've never smoked and only have a drink on occasion but have decided that after this week itll be zero alcohol, lots of water and I'm going to start eating berries for the extra antioxidants and fresh pineapple(not canned) for the bromelain thats found in larger amounts inthe core of the fruit. Right now I'm a 34B I'll be completely satisfied if i can end up with a fullC.

UPDATED FROM M1957

Day of surgery
M1957March 29, 2018
So I just got home from surgery. The surgery took about 4hrs and the Dr.Deal was able to place 550cc in each breast. I don't know, just looking at them it doesn't look like that much of a difference to me but we will have to wait and see of course. I only had core Lipo so they did it all the way around my abdomen. I'm was having quite a bit of drainage at first but while posting this at 3am it have slowed significantly. Honestly this is a lot more painful that I thought it would be. I feel red hot pokers every thing I go to get up. Been resting on the couch so far and just getting up it awful. If I last here and don't move it just feels very sore however because of all the padding under the body suit it will start digging into my hips and butt if I don't reposition frequently. And I definitely don't want to have an intention there or a sore. So I'm just dealing with the pain for the most part. I have Percocet and valium for pain but honestly I just fell like the Percocet makes me drowsy and I still hurt. It will take my pain from an 8 to 6 maybe, same with the valium. I'm trying to take as few as possible because I really don't want to get constipated on top of all this. They also gave me zofran for nausea and cipro and doxy as antibiotic. I have a follow up in the am and post Another update after that.
