5 month BFT update for 40 mom with 3 kids

It's been 5 months now. Things are good. My breasts are still the same. I think your breasts fall into your natural shape. Mine are more wide and less projectile. But in a push-up, there is nice cleavage. I am a 32B or small 32c vs as vs always runs small. The two incisions are slowly lightening.
On the liposuction, I have 4 incisions in the bikini area that are flattening but still dark. The two incisions mid back are still very dark and I am going on vac in two months so I may start using lightening cream. There has always been a 3-4 inch indention about inch below belly button since day 1. I will wait a year to see if I need a revision. It would be more noticeable on someone with a smooth stomach but I have wrinkles from 3 kids and I also have some ab definition therefore it doesn't stand out too much. No issues with my inner thighs except I still get like an electric shock on my right inner knee sometimes. Hopefully it's just nerve that will heal. Overall lipo looks fine although my husband says he is still surprise how much my body shape has changed. More boxy shape.
Another interesting thing is I gained 5 pounds and it was shocking where I gained. The 5 lbs was more like 10lbs as suddenly I had bat wings, and my whole torso was about 2 inches wider from under bust to hips, I did get fuller in breast too. So i lost the weight as I hated the way it looked.
Will update in another 3-4 months.

40's with 3 kids at 3 month post

It's over 3 months. My breasts have stayed about the same from 8 weeks. Although smaller than expected, they are shaped beautiful, round and perky. Soft, no issues at all. Still have bruising. My lower ab still has an indention that Sylvia says we can touch up at the year mark. I have always worn a bikini but now a little self conscious as I now have some wrinkles and sag. More evident when sitting or leaning over. I gained couple pounds and it kind of went all over but a little weight seems to even out abs some. I still itch in my lower back area and my knee has some tingling. My thighs look great, can't tell done. Incisions still dark but no reason that they won't heal well.

Always small breasted but more empty after BF 3...

Always small breasted but more empty after BF 3 kids, 32A or 32AA. I chose Dr Bednar because of his great results posted here. Both him and his staff were excellent. Very warm and caring. I am now 10 weeks out from the procedure. LIPO - I am petite and thin 107 lbs. Total 1700cc was taken from flanks, abs, inner thighs. The surgery was easy. The recovery was brutal. I felt beat with a metal bat. It took 3 weeks till I felt decent and then more like a sore workout. I still have bruising on hips and back. Maybe becuz thin, felt more in bones. My thighs are great, can't tell done, about 100cc from each. One knee still tingle and numb. I have indention below belly button (can see in pic) and lumpiness in back but still healing and massage seems to help. My abs have loose skin and stretch marks now. They were probably there already but not apparent as had some fat there. Lipo cuts will probably heal fine. 4 in bikini line and 2 mid back. BREASTS - 320cc injected in each. Even initially it didn't look big compared to the others maybe full B/ small C. Now about small B and hope done losing. No problems very soft. Overall, I don't know if worth it because the recovery was brutal and it was expected to be full B/small C. I don't have anymore fat so no option for 2nd.
