Much Needed Tummy Tuck After Massive Weight Loss

I feel good yesterday morning. I showered and got my hair done. After getting back, I feel like I worked 16 hours. It only took 3 hours. So I decided to lay in my bed since some folks said they were about to. It was worst mistake I woke up at 3 in the morning, stiff in severe pain, couldn’t move and muscle spasm everywhere. I couldn’t get my son to get up. So I lay there in pain from almost 8 hrs til I was finally able to get my mom and my sister to come help me. I am still officially back in the recliner until further notice. I can say throughout all the pain, I do look good.

I am taking each day slowly. I am still having hump over syndrome with severe back to pains. To top it all, my cycle comes on full blast 2 weeks early. On the bright side, I look great to still be swollen.

I woke up this morning. I was in severe pain. The reason why is because I didn’t stay on my meds. But once I took some pain meds and muscle relaxer, I was much better. I am still sleeping off and on. I have little swelling and no noticeable bruises because I am taking Bromelain and Arnica as recommended by Surgeon. I am so ready to take a bath or shower. I can only do a wash off til the drains are removed.
