Tummy Tuck with Liposuction - Chandler, AZ

I went to the doctor last Thursday and everything is looking great. I'm still pretty stiff if I sit down to long from the lipo to my inner thighs but I can definitely tell I'm making some great progress. Doc told me I can do light excercise as long as I don't strain so I figured that is pretty much only walking. It's hard not to be able to vigurously be able to excersise so you really have to watch what you eat. Super happy with my results so far. Wishing every one a speedy recovery if you've had surgery and everyone who hasn't can wait to hear your journeys. I'll update again doo.

I went back to work on Monday and it was brutal. I was swollen all day from the liposuction on my inner thighs. I could not wait to get off work. I tried to elevate my feet as much as possible but it just wasn't the same and I was so uncomfortable. I would highly recommend taking 3 weeks to rest more but I only too 2 weeks. I went for a follow up appointment on Tuesday and the doctor said everything was normal. They took my steri strips off and I could finally see what my incision looks like. I must say that I love how low and straight the doctor cut me. I have see many photos of tummy tucks were the incision was not done straight and it was too high. I'm walking a lot but but I'm still bent over. I'll update again in another week!

So I am 9 days post op and feeling better everyday. The swelling is the worst in my inner thighs. It was really bad yesterday but I think it was because I over did it and was running errands when I was supposed to be resting. I got up today to change my dressings because the hubby went back to work and I am out of supplies....??? I couldn't believe it. Had I know I would have gotten them yesterday when I was out but of course the hubby never said anything. He has been the one faithfully taking care of me this whole time and now I didn't have anything so I could take care of me. Bummer. Will have to wait till he gets home from work. Since I already had taking my band and garnet off I took so photos. Lots of improvement with the swelling.
